“How long will it take my website to reach Page One on Google?” That’s a very common question, and a loaded one, too.
The thing is, a lot goes into SEO - or Search Engine Optimization. Being able to precisely answer the above question is not as easy as you might think. Actually, the real answer is, nobody really knows, not even Google itself.

Most people today, ask themselves why content is important for search engine optimization. Well, content is what makes your website unique and what makes visitors return for more because of what you have to share. Once upon a time, if you wanted to increase your SEO rankings, all you had to do was stuff your website with keywords and eventually that would generate traffic to your website.

I am a huge fan of WordPress. For the last several years, I’ve programmed 90% of my sites on the WordPress.org platform. WordPress enhances websites at every step of the process: save money, take control over their own sites (add/edit/remove content), incorporate advanced functionality (e-commerce, mapping, user submitted content, etc.) and get better search results.
