Webmasters all over the globe study “ranking factors,” which are essentially things that directly affect the rankings of a website. It’s the criteria for evaluating webpages and what produces specific rankings that are generally referred to as ranking factors.

The deal was originally announced back in August 2011, and it finally became official. Google's CEO Larry Page has posted a statement on the company's official blog that it has closed its deal to buy the smartphone and tablet maker Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion. In the blog post, Page reminded the public that Motorola actually released the first cell phone.
